Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you and your little ballerina love our products as much as we do! However, if not just send it back to us within 28 days and providing it is in it's original condition, we will gladly refund or exchange it for you.
In order to meet the terms in our returns and exchange policy, you must notify us via email at email@example.com before returning your item, and prior to the cancellation period has expired.

We recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible and normally within 7 days from receipt of the item. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete our contact form.
If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.
Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, ensuring the tags are still attached. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
Providing you have proof of purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on faulty or damaged goods for up to 30 days. Please note we will need proof that a product is damaged or faulty.
Cancellations & Amendments
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we may not be able to cancel it, or make any changes to it. Therefore, you may have to wait until you receive the parcel and return it back to us using the procedure above.
